december's 2010 holiday hair promotion!!!!

We've officially entered the holiday party season...yeah baby! It's that time of year to dressed up, look even more beautiful, and have fun!  

What could be better? Bring it on!....
holiday hair tips of the month!!!!
There are so many fun ways to to look glam for the holidays. But what we all want is..... easy glam!
Pump up the volume in your hair! Don't be afraid of lightly teasing your hair to add extra fullness. It's always easier to get more volume and great holiday hairstyle on hair that's been washed the day before. Especially if you're doing an up-do. Your natural oils will help give you more volume and texture without using too much product.

For short hair, go for some fun hair accecories like a beautiful flower on one side and or fun hair glitter!
  A few sprays of sparkly hair glitter or shimmer spray will instantly add a bit of holiday fun to your short hair. After styling, apply the sparkly hair accessory with a gentle touch. You don't want to look like a Christmas tree, you simply want to add a bit of sparkle that will reflect the light and brighten up your face while celebrating the holidays!

For medium  to long hair go for the curls! For big, soft sexy curls the easiest hair tools are a large barrel  curling irons and big hot rollers. Use a thermal  spray on dry hair like my Rusk Thermal styling spray. This will protection your hair from heat and add shine!

After curling your hair, gently open the curls with your fingers and use finishing hair spray. This will keep your hair modern looking and  sexy. (and less prom-like.)

For long hair, go for the Victoria's Secret runway look! (why not?)  Try using a middle part with long soft curls and waves. The best way to achieve this is to use a large rod curling iron or a flat iron. Wrap you hair around the barrel using 2"sections on each curl. (I usually do 10 seconds a curl.)

For all hairstyles go for volume and shine for the holidays!

To finish it off, use finishing spray. But don't over do it.  Hair that moves is the way to go baby!
