An Asymmetrical Shag
This haircut is super flattering on everyone, especially if you have an oval face shape like Julianne Hough. The
longer piece in front will frame and soften your face, allowing the
rest of your hair to be layered a ton. Although her color is super
blonde the warmth and depth at the roots still make her look soft and not platinum.
Sheared, Tapered, and
Long On Top
Halle
Berry has been rocking this haircut for as long as we can remember, so
it for
sure has staying power. Its length on top adds volume, while its
tapered
sides allow the focus to stay on your face. This look is also good for
those of you with super thick hair and some tone on tone highlights on
top.
Long and Layered
A long, layered cut looks gorgeous on everyone, but especially
those with a square-shaped face. The chin-length layer helps offset the
angular lines of the jaw, framing the face perfectly.
I love how
Alessandra Ambrosio usually wears her layered 'do—complete with tousled
curls that are super sexy. Adding ombre color to this look pumps up the
sexiness and adds definition.
Semi-Long and Layered
in Front
If you aren't a fan of long hair, but you don't want it to be short either, a medium length is exactly what you need.
If
you like a more simple cut with high style go for a cut that's lightly
layered in the front and halfway between a short and long cut.
A Cut Below the Collarbone, With a Side of Bang
You don't actually have to get a fringe, Jessica
Beil did, in order to have this coveted one-length cut that falls below
the collarbone. This season fringe is hot! Rounded out or straight
across. It's young and is a great way to frame out your face! In
Jessica's case rounding out the fringe adds softness. For a stronger
look go straight across.
