Cut, Color and Care

Go shag! A shag cut looks cute on most people! It adds sexy texture and is fun! And remember if you're thinking about it and scared, it's hair it grows. In fact, I've never had a client who regretted a shorter cut. By adding caramel highlights to Sarah's hair it totally broke up her dark brown hair and helped us show off the texture that's in the cut! Think about it... why not it's fall!

Every once in a while someone who's about to go back home after traveling the world comes in and says "I've been traveling the world on a budget and eating street food but I'm ready to treat myself to a good color and cut before going back home." Hot sun, salty sea water, bad shampoo and conditioner or sometimes no conditioner 😜 can all take a toll on your hair. A little love and expertise goes a long way! Now Emily can go back to Australia looking even better than before!

Choosing the right blonde makes all the difference! It not only brightens up your whole face but will also make you look and feel younger. My blondes are always done with color and not bleach. The reason why is because the colors I use contain keratin, conditioners that leave your hair healthy and makes it shine. The right tone is critical. Too yellow, too ashy, too gold don't work. Creating the perfect formula for each client is my key to success!

Pro Tip!

When blowing out your hair maximize your curl and volume from going from hot to cold. Use your cold shot button right after using direct heat to set in the curl and pump up the volume and diminish frizz!
