For those of you who want a light platinum blonde with no gold or yellow tones, this one's for you! We corrected her hair by eliminating the gold tones & adding in platinum blonde highlights. Her hair is very thick so it took a lot of foils to get it just right. We then cut her hair to keep some movement and get rid of any dry ends.

She wanted a change. So she went from mousey brown to auburn red. She showed me her inspiration color and we matched it. She wanted to feel new and fresh since it had been so long since she's had her hair done due to the pandemic. So we brightened her up and had a little fun!

She loves loves loves bright blonde highlights but doesn't want a lot of contrast just bright blonde. So babylights it is! Babylights are a million highlights, super tight, so there's very little of her natural color showing trough. This is probably what I do the most in terms of highlights.

Since we were doing so many highlights we decided to go with all over color.  This has many benefits starting with  it fills in all the dark areas & the roots, takes less time in the salon and is more gentle on the hair. She loves it!

She wanted more body, more style and thicker looking hair. So we gave her some natural looking highlights to give her hair some grit and body. We then cut her hair taking off all the straggly ends and cut her hair blunt to give her a heaviness on the bottom. This also makes the hair look thicker. We then gave her some beachy waves with the curling iron. This finished off her hair makeover.

Bleach blonde. How do we get her bleached blonde hair to stay healthy and long? To begin I never overlap the roots with the previously bleached hair. I then prefer to use color rich with conditioners instead of toner. It lasts longer and fades much less. And as a rule of law we always use Olaplex in order to keep her hair looking it's best. (This is also her natural length. No hair extentions. )To finish her look, we did some pin-curls using a curling iron and clips to hold the curls as they cool. This will keep her curls lasting for days!

If you have natural curls you probably have a hard time finding someone who can cut your hair the way you like. Jamie likes her hair round and full. She likes her curls to jump up and have some bounce, So we cut her hair with lots of layers and rounded it out for fullness. Now she has happy hair. (haha) Jamie also has two tones of highlights as well.

Everyone wants very thick hair. But for those who have it, they know it can be difficult. If it's not cut just right it can tend to look bottom heavy. Almost triangle like. That's why balance, layering and the thinning has to be done just right. The right haircut makes all the difference. We flat ironed her hair to keep everything smooth and finished.

This is something I like to do a lot. Highlights and balayage together. It's always so fresh.                        To correct her color we eliminate the band in the center by doing both highlights and balayage. This also gave her hair a summery, beachy look and corrected her color. To keep her long hair healthy looking we then trimmed her ends by doing a small trim which I infamously call a dusting.
